Work Experience:
After graduating from Cal Poly, I worked in the Advertising industry in San Francisco (Foote, Cone, and Belding) in a variety of capacities. While at Business School, I completed a summer internship with Software Publishing Corporation in product marketing, and after receiving my MBA I worked for Microsoft in product marketing for nearly a decade – working on Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft Office. I had a private consulting business until I decided to quit and stay home with my three girls. As a stay-at-home Mom, I was a very active volunteer in my kid’s school (serving several terms on the PTO as Ways and Means chairperson and also as PTO Vice President, and various committee chair positions) as well as in my community. I currently volunteer with Valley Humane Society, as a girl scout leader (7 years), as well as supporting and assisting my oldest daughter with her passion to foster animals - for Valley Humane Society, SafeCat Foundation, Feral Cat Foundation, and Dog Rescue. I also volunteer as a college counselor at Livermore Valley Charter Prep High School.
I live in Livermore with my husband, three daughters and our menagerie of pets.
